your speed actually resets to fixed value. so if your speed will be smaller that this value, you'll speed up.
i've got such idea to keep speed through teleports, but th3 is not that flexible and those few ways to implement it that vadru tried are buggy. so we decided to keep fixed value.

Ok so I've been obsessed with Oilrig ever since MuDDa and Ksk were working on them, tried to help them with them, and now I find this.............. AMAZING. I can't believe its sitting right infront of me, completely textured........... except this one pipe! I'm not bashing your work, I'm completely stoked you got the inverted poly's fixed (on mudda's and kyle's you could see textures on underside, as if broken polygons were really just flipped). I just didn't see this anywhere yet and wanted you to know. If you get this fixed, it'll be absolutely perfect. I'm already trying to get a hold of ksk/kyle, I know he'll want to see paris finished.

known bug, this pipe may randomly appear there with slightly different colors.
unfortunately similiar thing happens in paris, after editing qb file, but i think invisible ramp is a cost for enabled graffiti, ctf, cz, koth games.
