THPS3 Online/Options - PoWerFuQ - 06-20-2020 01:19
Howdy all. I haven't been active online for THPS3 in many years. I am so out of the loop. I know about THUG Pro and played it some.
Is there mods for THPS3 that everyone is using. Like a standard for THPS3. I just installed THPS3 and I got my ports open to host a game. I tested it out and had success.
No Slap
New Levels
Game Play mods
Chat mods
physics mod
ect....
Is there any of this stuff that the average player would expect to find?

You mainly need the openspy since the gamespy servers are down:

And some players use the levelmod (adding all thps1-4 levels.

Thank bro! I finally got the Level Mod working. I was having trouble for some reason. But it works now. I have not used the patch since getting it working (worried it might break with the patch).
I noticed it crashed when I went to College, so I might have to try the patch and hope for the best.
The level Mod blows my my mind. So many of those level make great THPS3 Levels! I wish we could do Career on those levels!
What about Slap Patch and BW Manuals? What do folks like to use most for that stuff?

No slap is inside LevelMod.
Press esc -> Host Options-> Collision: On/Off.
Otherwise Defmod is always good.
For more LevelMod options check esc -> options and for even more options check Main Menu -> Options -> LevelMod Settings.

Thanks man! That is good to know, I did not know. Only problem is, with Level Mod, I crash any time I hit water. And it makes me crash hitting water on normal level as well. So me hosting with it is not a good idea (I like to play CS, and I fall a lot from the rust).
I ran the patch for Level Mod, but I still crash on water. And there was something else that made me crash, but I forget what it was.

this could be one reason my game crashes. I dont have any options like you speak of. It is normal on my end. No extra options in esc

Do you have the official 1.01 patch?
If not install that patch and then levelmod again.

The version I installed, has the patch built in. I will try and find the offical patch, and reinstall it.
