@ lalita, its about someone who passed the test. so he doesnt camp or cheat.
and you can learn them by kicking they will start to think what they did wrong.

I can't really pick a side on this one, at one hand all people should be able to get the password as long they pass the test, but at the other side it's not that we are playing games 24/7 in those servers. So then things can get boring.
Speakin english definitely IS important for the community - for communication- but I think it would be stupid to refuse access to the propw to those who simply never had the chance to learn proper english..
So I think in case someone gets the propw it should be decided based on the persons background and in how far he/she understands and/or speaks english...

I'd say speaking english should be a rule or a common value on every "pro" server. It's kind of annoying if, for example, two "pro's" speak French on the server and the rest of the players are like: "Dafuq is he saying?" right? If you disagree, don't hesitate to explain me why.
