Why do I have to login every time I visit this forum? Why it cannot remember my login?

I don't have this problem, maybe try deleting your cookies, buffer and active logins.

if you have c3 bookmarked from the old times, you better make a new bookmark from http://www.chapter-3.net/ might be the case as well.

nah, when they transferred, forum path on server was changed. using the old paths will lead to an odd formatting though. so if it's fine, it's not the case.
