Americans and their tough talk...
There shouldnt be a problem, because next to the password there is a list of all people who know the password. After a while you just know who has it and who doesn't, so the people who didn't do a test get kicked. It's as easy as that.
You failed your test/didn't do any test, then you don't deserve to be in the server.
So why do you even consider joining if you know you got the password through the chat. Where is the accomplishment in that? So we should be kicking the not tested players more, that includes me btw.

On the other side, if this holds on and more and more people get to know it this way, we just have to change the password again. And at those people who think they have the right to do whatever they want with the password, like telling it randomly, what the fuck is wrong with you? First you complain about the high number of noobs in proservers. Then you complain that passwords will never work. Now we have a password that works pretty well and all you're trying to do is to fuck it up. You do realize that people spent hours of testing and training to get this password. How selfish can you be to just ruin that, because YOU don't like it.

The requirements for the password aren't that high at all and any pro should be able to get the password. So if this all is too hard for you, you didn't belong in the t-servers either.

No, only the people who deserved to be in t-servers will make it.

The requirements decide it, which were made by multiple people from multiple clans and were adjusted to the skills of the players in 2010. People who passed the test know what and why they're doing things, have combo skills, been tested for cheats and other things regarding fair play. The result, a community with people who know eachother, who can fall back on their teammates in games like ctf and cz and doing all this while playing fair.

And again the requirements aren't unreal high. You'd need the same amount of skills to pass this test as well as you needed to get t in a fair way. Only difference is that the requirements are wrote down and explicitly being tested. This will prevent discussions and also prevent people from welcoming/discarding other people, only on the personal relation they have. Ofcourse there had to be someone or a group of people to come up with this, if no one takes any action, nothing happens (just look at the past 3 years), in fact it got only worse and worse. Now you can blame them for creating a community in a way they (in this case we) would like to see, but on the other hand you can also see it as a group of people who try to get a good procommunity again, where 1. the games will be at prolevel again and 2. the community is one again.

Because the problem during the last 3 years was that people told their friends about the password, and those friends told their friends about the password and so on. Until the first generation who told the password get to see so much new people they don't know, that it has nothing to do with a procommunity anymore.
To be clear, I'm not against new people, if they can pass the test, they get a warm welcome from me/us and a big props for getting so far. But just so much unknown new people everyday, some with big egos, the most with no good skills isn't doing a procommunity any good, it only made it worse.
