Well it obviously needs some explanation:
Yesterday we had 2 minute silence for those who died in ww2, just like every year.
Now there was some jewish guy who started shouting with his hands to the sky in the middle of the silence. People thought he was a terrorist, so they panicked.
At the left side of the crowd there was another guy dropping his briefcase.
That plus a falling fence caused the crowd to be panicking.

In the end it was just some guy who shouted, probably because he'd used drugs. And the briefcase was dropped because of the panic. So in fact nothing horrible happened, only about 50 ppl were injured, because people walked over them etc.

Oh and they are panicking so quick, because last year some guy in a car wanted to crash into the bus with the queen, and on the road towards the bus he killed several people. And since the queen was also at this ceremony..
