Missing Fences

So I thought I would jump back onto th3 today and as I was fs'ing around Burnside I noticed that all Fences that separated the play area from the out of bounds area are missing? Hmm

Help please?

Its probably just missin textures as Wild said. But i'm bouncing off normally.
