99% of those who installed levelmod now have singleplayer styled menu online when they press esc button. it includes some additional things like server menu, sound options and categorized change level menu. so there is also option to turn this feature on/off. since you use old levelmod.flt (<a class="postlink-local" href="http://www.chapter-3.net/thps3/site/distribution/viewtopic.php?f=19&t=3089">viewtopic.php?f=19&t=3089</a>), you don't have it. and it seems like you and shadow got into that 1%. can't be sure if it's something wrong with levelmod files or your game...

Yes, But pinky told me that I need to configure the levelmod settings and turn all options ON. so I try do it but I get crashed :|

but for install Levelmod 4.1 is ProgramFiles/THPS3 Right?

anything levelmod related should be installed in game folder. if it's "C:\Program Files\THPS3\" then yes. actually a folder where skate3.exe is located. so you know.

...but i don't recommend to install games in program files at all. i recently solved a problem for dude who had 3 copies of THPS3 and didn't even know about it. somehow win7 splitted THPS3 folder and put a part of it in system folders.

My game installed automatically in "ProgramFiles" Alone...
I have a question, When you press ESC automatically opens other menu options.(with the other options Slap ON/OFF, Change Password while gaming etc...) ?? Tongue
