Sure I can, Just tell me what exactly you want in it (What color, or style you want it to be in, And if you want custom fonts) and I'll get started and show you what I've got if I get any far with the HUD based on your ideas.

I've answered your questions regarding the HUD's design in-game, And tried to make one with your ideas, So here's what I have so far (Click the thumbnail for a full-sized version of the screenshot).
