I have no idea of what ROTT is, but it seems it's some game, maybe even based on Unreal engine, my guess. There is a folk out there who tried to model Foundry map in it.

It appears that ROTT stands for Rise of the Triad, it is 2013 remake of the old game, released in 1994, and it's actually based on UE3.
