my th3 looked like that when I had accidentally blocked gamespy.com in hosts file so check the hosts file and router/modem settings

This is welcome message used in OpenSpy so probably he did same thing as I did installed some openspy patch that modified the hosts file to redirect gamespy.com to openspy.com
