Not hamachi, does that also count for Steam?

Both steam and hamachi are supposed to give any problems like this.
You had some problems before with the hosting, so i assume there's something wrong with ur router or firewall. Did you got a different router lately?

Nope, I can join some servers now, not all. Ill try it without steam.

I've had this problem before. I just Re-installed the game again (I have it on Disk) and it worked for me

by the way in most cases removal of gamespy.opt and net.opt in THPS3\Data\Settings\OptionsAndPros\ fixes this problem.
