I wasn't able to PM two different people on two different occasions. The last attempt to do this has taken place in the last couple of minutes.
I got the following error message when trying to send them a pm:

The last succesful PM I sent to someone else was on Wed Jan 04, 2012 10:33 pm
It seems I'm able to send messages to myself without any problems.

Maybe when I have nothing to do sometime this year, I'll have a look at it. Until then just don't use quotes in your pm
