I didn't find anything inherently wrong with how the manuals were handled in THPS3 at first glance, even when I compared it to how it works in THPS4.

In the end, I just used the "TurnToFaceVelocity" command and that seemed to fix it just nicely.

if it's like coolsnake said, it looks like random glitch, but i think it's possible if he'll add thid function by himelf
