And I ofc want to install some needed and cool programs on it.
But I'm really bad at thinking of some of those!
So tell me which programs I should totally hav?!

I would like to have Sony Vegas Google Chrome* (not firefox ) ehm, Skype, Free Youtube To Mp3 Converter (dvdvideosoft) , WinRAR ,Teamviewer, Fraps, iTunes and yeah ofc SPOTIFY

Msn, and if you have a steam acc then get Steam maybe a better movie player like (all player)

Spotify is an music streaming program. You can find a lot of songs there, you can play/stream them on your computer or phone. Besides that you can also it use as your audio player instead of winamp i.e.
