ehm.. Did you downloaded virtual dub?
file-open a file- and add video.
Next go video and compression. Choose one type of compression.
You can add a music by audio and audio from other file. and choose compression in audio.
Remember that in video and audio you have to choose full processing mode.
That's the fastest way to make compressed video.
