Btw, cap with CamStudio 2.0, NOT 2.6 ! It's a beta version and it fails mostley
This is totally free software. If you want to cap something go first to Options> Video Options >and set quality to 100 instead of 70. This will make a big difference.

How is it compared to fraps?
Fraps is pretty good but I don't like it. It always turns of at the middle when I cap :/
I guess you have the Demo version, which has a 30 second limit. The full version can cap as long as you want.
What about playing an intense CTF game, and make everyone cap? I bet you can get something cool out of that..
