My bro just installed thps3, we wanted to play, i hosted and he wasn't able to join (think cuz we got the same ip) is there some "trick" how he can get on my server?
2 computers 1 ip?
what do you mean now?
our router IP or the MAC adress?
If you are both having the same Internet ip. <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://whatismyipaddress.com/">http://whatismyipaddress.com/</a><!-- m -->

Host online game. From second computer go to lan and you will see that game. You can host lan game, but only your brother will be able to join. Lan games aren't visible online.

You won't see online game that hosted on other computer with the same ip. You must to local network aka lan and find it there. I don't know where exactly is it in game menu. Use brain to find it.

If you are still having troubles. Make sure both computers are connected to the same router. Then find local ip: <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://boshdirect.com/blogs/tech/find-local-ip-address.html">http://boshdirect.com/blogs/tech/find-l ... dress.html</a><!-- m --> - do it on both computers. Look for
Code:
IP Address. . . . . . . . . . . . : 177.21.101.137
. Each computer must have unique ip. If they are different you still can't see game on local network, then it's some firewall blocking it and I won't help you with it.
