if you are as fast as ur enemy u lose slap cos its ur server
with this file u have no disadvatge.!

didn't we talk about this befor it depens on the ping and if you have the ping the game think you would have it isn't shorter slap range but if you have other so now by manipulating with this number that they thought was the standard ping normal middle ping is = cheating obviusly you as server host to decide if you wanna cheat or not but just so you know befor replacing...

what i said is that if you have a normal internet and installing this mod you are cheating coz this is only for those who have better internet then what activision thought was normal in 2001 so if you have better then that then thismod for sure but if you dont then dont need and if have bader you are already overpowered and this mod would be like cheat times 32132 something like pb in ta almost thats what i mean

well still cheaty to manipulate with a value like that almost like manipulate with balance and tell yeh those days normal ppl had this good balance so lets make it easier no but I know since i host alot it sucks but it's the game and i think you can live with it I have won alot of matches in ctf cz slap anyway
