can u help me with saying 1. how to hex neon clothes or
2. say me where to dl a girl with neon clothes

Neon clothes are simple so here is ho u doet
1.first things first u will need a hexeditor best one is XVI321
2.Open ur cas and search for the name of the shirt u picked like sleeveless whatever
and on the right column about 6 symbolse after the name of the shirt or pants u will see sth like this " now click on it and go to left column and change it to 17 and on right column it only changes one symbol!
3.than just save it and there u go
