Well you have to be careful with calling people who don't cap their vids cheaters, because not everyone wants/feels they need to proof that they don't use it.

Well if you don't get 92/93 it's still cheating. You have to do it in switch though, else it's lower i thought 70 or something. It's hard getting exact 92 with cheating in that eb test.
