Could anyone make a Rio Winter?
Or Even Rio++ (When you go over the fence theres all stuff stoping u and u would be able to explore if Rio++ was made 
There is nothing to explore in rio, the area behind the fence is very small, so are the roads, if you want to explore it just download no boundaries. And rio winter already exists

I didn't know about Rio winter but I think it sucks.
