If it's only about the koth, you should get a revote.
na sick what i mean(love also=p) is that the next person will get 44 and say its just 6 sec? next will get 42 and say its just 8 sec? etc. but ok i'll give s4l another change and play with him again today (koth) and now if he has 49 sec he still fails. so 50 sec or fail :
