No. THPS3 got no specator mode after 0:00. You can hardly rate someones improv skills.

and you can rate nm skills? both are capped a lot :roll:

You don't improv at any GTs or Stick Its since you got some goals to complete. And nms are capped alot. I guess at least 80% of sticks are nms.
