Check the rules again i asked lyst he said one who plays in tour. He isnt in oD but he also isnt in tour.

Hmm, everyone who has an invalid vid has time to cap before 21 march.
To award the players who sticked to the rules/deadline, you can choose if you recap or not as long you do it before 21 march.
So i just do new and pick one of two? If not i just suggest to do another map.

Technically that observer only needs to be there if you cap yourself. Looking back at it now, it says "anyone is allowed to cap". Or did i miss something?
EDIT: Pick one of two? Hell no. That's why kiffer got disqualified.
