1 level per round. It will take place next week I hope. There will be no stupid sign ups. I will be posting new password for each round. Then I (or someone else) will host game with that password. So you need to know password and be on time to play in this tour.

Welcome. I'm sure there will be some tours in near future, if not just arrange one. Look into tournaments archive to see how to do it.
Don't type in all caps.
There will be a control & conquer v3 after the CTF tour, so be patient.
